We offer free delivery on all orders above £99, with most orders placed before 3pm shipped the same day.
Delivery times depend on where your item is stocked. Products held in our UK warehouse typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Items stocked at our remote warehouse have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks, and made-to-order products will show their expected delivery time on the product page.
Depending on the size of your order, we ship with a range of couriers including Palletforce and UPS. We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier based on the size and weight of your parcel.
All customs and duties are included in the total price — no hidden costs at checkout.

Pallet delivery
Large, valuable or heavy fireplaces (over 30 kg) are delivered free of charge by a courier to the kerbside.
Our carrier always contacts you in advance to arrange delivery.
Carry-in service
Would you like the fireplace to be carried inside? Get in touch with us about the options. The estimated cost for this service is £149 and applies under the following conditions:
- Delivery to a maximum of 1 place of your choice (e.g. the living room)
- Paved access route of no more than 100 meters
- Up to the 4th floor (without a lift) or 1st basement level
- All passages are clear and can be passed without tools
- Max. 30 minutes of unloading time
- Return of the pallet, film and strapping is included.
