Murus 1600 Wall Mounted Bio Fireplace in Brushed Steel
Murus is our series of wall mounted bioethanol fireplaces, all equipped with a manual slimline burner. The narrow form of the burner means that the fireplace itself is thin and thus only protrudes minimally from the wall.
Here you get the Murus 1600 in a stylish brushed steel finish. The fireplace is made of 4 mm thick powder-coated steel and a steel frame. The brushed steel coloured frame creates a nice surrounding for the flames of the bio fireplace which are clearly visible in front of the black back wall of the fireplace.
The front frame of the fireplace can easily and quickly be changed to a different colour, if you want to renew the look of the fireplace at a later date. The frames are available in black, glossy white, matte white and brushed steel. The frame included with this version is brushed steel.
As Murus has a depth of only 16.5 cm, it is not recommended to use decoration wood or stones in the fireplace - since there is not enough room to place it around the flames.
Slimline Burner
Included are two burners for the Murus 1600. Both burners are our 60 cm slimline manual burner.
The burner has a fuel capacity of 3.0 litres each and a complete refilling will make beautiful flames for up to 7 hours. It is possible to adjust the flame level and heat output using the supplied operating tool.
The recommended fuel is bioethanol with an alcohol percentage of 95% - 97.5%

Murus as built-in fireplace
It is possible to build the rear part of the Murus fireplace into the wall and thus use the fireplace as a 1-sided built-in bio fireplace. When installing the into a wall made of flammable materials, it is recommended to insulate around the rear frame with e.g., heat/fire-resistant plasterboard or similar non-combustible materials.
