Assembly is required, but simple—just attach the three legs to the base with the included screws and washers. To achieve optimal pizza-baking results, we recommend using hardwoods like oak to limit soot on your pizza.
Maintenance
After each use, clean the stone with a wire brush while warm, and wipe away soot with a paper towel once cooled. Never submerge the stone or use abrasive cleaners. Always handle the Yukon Pi with care, wearing heat-resistant gloves and storing it away from children and pets when cooling down.
